If you are looking for a quick easy way to hook up a system to a tv this cable works. If you are using it for HD gaming though…prepare to be disappointed. An HD gamer should be prepared to invest in HDMI or at the very least component cables. This is neither. I have had no trouble with this cable hooking up a wii, a 360 and a ps2 to an old CRT. When I upgraded to a new lcd hdtv i invested in the HDMI cables which you can really see a difference in the 360’s performance.

I bought this cable thinking it would be an easy way to hook several systems to one TV, the problem is that I could not get an acceptable picture with even one system hooked up. There is no shielding on this cable, so as soon as I plugged it in I got immediate interference from anything in the room causing the picture to be unusable.

Be careful what you’re buying…. – G. Hunt – WV
A word of caution for everyone else out there…be aware not everything listed under “battery pack” is the type shown on the main page for this product.
The cheaper items are actually replacement BATTERIES that you have to disassemble the controller to install. I was expecting a battery pack like is shown on the main page.
Confirm this with your seller before buying.
